The FAST FOOD U GROW Project aims to develop an integrated 'Back to the Future' Classroom, Garden and Kitchen Learning Journey for the novice vocational learner. Focused on the early school leaver and in Ireland, the Youth traveller community, the project promotes a reimagining of Fast Food, to FAST FOOD U GROW. In the context of both the obesity and climate change challenge it offers awareness raising and practical skills development with personal and vocational transformative potential.
