This project aims to empower community leaders, CSO representatives, volunteer managers and decision-makers in six European countries. This will be achieved through comprehensive capacity building, including developing a collaborative transnational network for knowledge exchange as well as innovative active engagement strategies in order to catalyse sustainable growth, social cohesion and active citizenship. In turn this will contribute to and enhance the resilience of European communities.
