Simulation-based education (SBE) has become a pillar of health professions education (HPE) and is an effective strategy for interprofessional education (IPE). IPE breaks down professional silos and promotes learning from, with and about others. Global HPE accrediting bodies require SBE in training programs and it is critical that effective, data-driven programs are created. This project will design standardised European SBE training for educators , focusing on interprofessional team education.
