▶Objectives
NICHE 2 Project (Nurturing Intangible Cultural Heritage for Entrepreneurship 2) aims to provide innovative training to ICH (Intangible Cultural Heritage) operators to promote the sustainable growth of ICH sector. NICHE 2 aims to enhance the professionalism of ICH operators by equipping them with skills identified by the official EU Green Skills Competence Framework and ease the twin transition (green + digital) of the sector as a whole
▶Activities
The consortium will carry out well-timed and sequential activities grouped into 4 WPs: ●Development of the learning outcomes framework for the twin transition of ICH entrepreneurs and operators ●Consolidation of training curriculum and education material on green and digital competences ●Translation of the curriculum ●Upgrade of the existing eLearning platform ●Deliver of the curriculum to 160 targets ●Valorisation events ●Consolidation of the NICHE 2 Manifesto and ICH Empowerment Guidelines

1.Multilingual and upgraded NICHE Platform: digital hub for sharing educational resources and fostering collaboration among project partners and stakeholders 2.Needs assessment and building of the learning outcomes framework of NICHE2 3.NICHE2 curricula and operational tools: training courses and operational tools in 5 languages (5+EN)+translation of NICHE training in new partners’ languages 4.Pilot&Testing NICHE 2 with 160 targets 5.ICH Empowerment Guidelines and NICHE 2 Manifesto
