Objectives

The project supports the increase in quality in the management skills of managers of High and Special Complexity Teams who employ high percentages of people with Special Needs, through the creation of 1 innovative VET model aimed at filling the current market gaps in work inclusion of fragile people. The model allows complex teams to become areas of success for autonomy and work projects, for an effective contribution to economic and social life.

Activities

The activities to be implemented will concern the creation of the VET model and the preparation of the tools through the development of the beta version and the creation of the training course for team manager; the implementation of the course to the manager in each Country; the creation of the Quality Mark at national level; the implementation of the model and the testing of the operational application in Italy, Spain and Slovenia; the management and validation of the final results.

Impact

The project produces 1 VET model dedicated to the training of team managers of complex groups that include numerous people with disabilities or psychiatric disorders. It allows the transversal theme of work inclusion to be realized through a significant increase in the success of the life projects of people with Special Needs. Finally, it allows a change of approach in the social maturity of contracting authorities and companies, allowing a linear relationship with all kinds of teams.
