BE Aware of Your Talent

The project aims to gather and exchange knowledge among business support organisations, SMEs and HR experts on the role of talent and diversity valorisation in business welfare and social cohesion by promoting specific data collection, management methodologies and virtuous behaviors to be adopted to enhance and retain local talents, and thus fight the great resignation phenomenon as well as territorial disparties in skills provision in a transnational perspective.

Gather data and foster debate on best approaches for talent recruitment, management and retainement; map best practices as well as digital tools at EU level; increase awareness about the importance talent and diversity for SMEs; promote virtuous behaviors both at the level of supporting/representative organizations and consultancy services, and of beneficiaries; provide guidelines for BSO and SMEs managers and HR departments, consultants; build capacity in project design and management.
