The project aims to make a significant contribution to the innovation of practices adopted by health and social care professionals working in the field of primary health care services, through the development and promotion of VET training programs aimed at providing high-quality technical skills on the topics of interdisciplinarity, socio-health integration, and community engagement.
▶Activities
The project involves a series of activities aimed at creating an effective, well-known, and widely usable educational toolkit at a European level. The activities include: - Action research activities in France and Germany - Writing and systematizing the identified skills and best practicies - A conference and a workshop in Italy to test, improve, and promote the identified skills and best practices - Development and promotion of the final project toolkit at a European level.
▶Impact
The THRIVE-CARE project will increase the number of professionals who have enhanced their skills in interdisciplinarity, socio-health integration, and community engagement in the field of social and healthcare work in primary healthcare services, particularly by increasing: - the skills, including academic ones, on the subject; - the use of high-quality training material; - the number of organized public events and opportunities about this subjects.
