▶Objectives
-Increasing the attractiveness of initial IeFp by creating greater permeability between school education and higher professional training; -Developing and promoting inclusive and accessible educational environments based on the principles of equity and integration, reducing the risk of "ghettoisation" and at the same time increasing the level of perceived quality of IeFp; -Reducing the rate of dropout and school dropout in the transition to a higher level of education.

A1 Construction of an intersectoral European partnership co-managed with effectiveness and sustainability and based on the exchange of practices/experiences A2 Implementation of a program of transnational training and peer-to-peer cooperation workshops oriented towards the co-creation of a common methodological model of VET orientation A3 Creation of events, initiatives and integrated tools and for the dissemination, transferability and future sustainability of the results achieved.
