INSPIRE PA aims to: 1. Raise awareness among both PAs and VET institutions on the professional figure of the Social Innovation officer in the public sector 2. Improve the competences of civil servants with regard to social innovation practices 3. Increase the quality and quantity of trainings delivered to PAs by VET and HE institutes, providing common tools and methodologies. 4. Develop a transnational Network to offer a standardized curriculum to the PAs on social innovation practices.

-Thorough mapping of Social Innovation good practices -Creation of a certified Curriculum of Social Innovation Officer enabling PAs to design and develop new solutions and governance models -Design and delivery of a modular proof of Concept training targeted to PA managers and officers -Creation of an international network of PAs, VET organizations, NGOs, and social innovators for knowledge and good practices exchange -Replicability guidelines to expand the Curriculum across EU PAs

-Certified Curriculum designed for Social Innovation Officers in the PA -PoC online training sessions delivered to 60 PA employees in Greece, Italy and Romania -INSPIRE PA Network encompassing organizations willing to promote social innovation in the PA -Replicability Guidelines facilitating the uptake of the Curriculum -Policy Recommendations to foster effective training policies within PAs. -Final networking event in the framework of the EU Week of Regions and Cities 2026.
