PATCH aims to provide individuals with limited cognitive abilities (SNs) with quality work placement through the “place and train” model. It wants to: OB1. Provide VET TRAINERS with suitable competences and tools for supporting company tutors OB2. Develop training methodologies and tools for the COMPANY TUTORS OB3. Develop a system for evaluating and valorise SNs skills, based on micro credentials OB4. Promote the adoption of the results within the reference VET systems of the partners

Development of an online training program for trainers who will guide company tutors, preparing them for the task of integrating SNs into the workplace, comprehensive of an open badge system for the certification of the competences acquired Development of a curriculum on methodologies and useful tools for the company tutors Elaboration of recommendations for the adoption of methodologies and tools by the competent authorities, as well as the involvement of entrepreneurs and companies
