▶Objectives
HR+ project, led by Fòrema, involves 7 partners from 5 countries (IT, ES, HU, PT, BE), including VET organizations, businesses, and a Regional Agency. The project aims to innovate the role and professional profile of the HR Manager, through the co-design of a transnational training programme, making it in line with the new skills required in “knowledge-intensive” companies in Italy, Spain, Hungary and Portugal to tackle twin transition and people shortage challenges.
▶Activities
The project aims to: define the skill gap of the figure through a needs analysis, preparatory to the development of the Profile (WP2); co-design a training programme with 3 national adaptations (IT, ES, HU) and 3 pilot actions to test it, promoting its recognition in Regional/National Standards (WP3); raise stakeholders' awareness through an integrated communication strategy (WP4).
▶Impact
HR+ will support the development of HR roles, making social innovation inside companies through: 1 Transnational Research Report which analyzes HR general framework, ongoing transformations, and new skills required; 1 HR+ Training Programme with 3 national adaptations (IT, ES, HU) and 3 pilot actions (45 HRs involved); 4 events in Italy, Spain, Hungary and Brussels with over 125 stakeholders; 1 HR+ Profile recognized in Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Spain and in the Hungarian standards.
