Objectives

The main goal of the ROSE project is to equip individuals with remote work skills for personal and professional growth to empower them to excel in remote work careers and attain economic independence. We aim to offer universal training encompassing essential remote work skills, including general competencies and job-specific proficiencies, and create mentorship modules for sustainability, enabling other organizations to replicate our success with diverse target groups.

Activities

Our project encompasses a range of activities, including the development of diagnostic tools for work activation, the creation of comprehensive remote work training materials, pilot testing with a group of unemployed mothers, and dissemination of the materials through a guidebook, multiplier events, final conference and an interactive project website with community features. The main aim is to empower individuals interested in working remotely with basic remote work competencies.

Impact

Participants will gain remote work competencies, enhancing their employability and economic independence. The development of high-quality training modules and diagnostic tools will provide valuable resources for ongoing remote work skill development. A supportive online community will foster networking and mutual support among participants. The project's universal approach will enable its replication and adaptation, benefiting various target groups and organizations.
