▶Objectives
AIM: Improve VET providers’ capacity to develop the digital skills of future/current workers of low-digitally intense MSMEs in Accommodation & Food. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: •Design and pilot tailored digital skilling pathways; •Develop innovative educational resources and digital tools to adapt VET provision to the needs of the digital economy and society; •Increase relevant stakeholders' awareness of the development of digital skills as a key for participation, employment and competitiveness.
▶Activities
•Dissemination, Exploitation, Communication & Outreach activities. •RESEARCH: desk research and focus groups; development and pilot of a Skill Assessment tool, and a Methodological Framework. •DEVELOPMENT OF OERs: Design of a Learning Experiences Catalogue; collection of OERs (i.e., instructional design, open call, web-scraping) and development of Learning Pathways; •DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE: Integration of Europass Digital Credentials; design, development and pilot with VET providers and MSMEs.

•Methodological Framework & Skill Assessment tool to design tailored digital skilling pathways for Accommodation & Food (A&F). •OERs and Learning Pathways to meet the digital skills needs and gaps of A&F learners and workers. •Digital Infrastructure (eLearning Platform, Registration Tool for additional OERs and a Support Tool to issue Europass Digital Credentials). •Improved capacity to digitally skill the current and future workforce in A&F for 400+ VET providers and industry experts involved
