GENERAL OBJECTIVE of the project is to promote the adoption of innovative organizational practices within local micro-organizations and in particular partner organizations with a view to environmental sustainability, thanks to the development of practical and operational tools that allow, through training of their staff and their leaders, to strategically align their organization with sustainable practices that meet EU environmental and sustainability policy.
