The non-hotel sector has undergone exponential growth in recent years, favored by two strategic factors: • the widespread preference to stay in facilities where the "local" experience can be enjoyed; • the strong acceleration in the use of digital technology favored by the recent pandemic. In the face of this change, we aim to respond to the new orientations through a digital up-skilling process that ensures among its operators the sustainability of their business.
▶Activities
The main activities the project consists of are: - the organization of focus groups with adults working in the non-hotel sector, (entrepreneurs or not); - design activities of the digital upskilling pathway: 4 training modules; - piloting tests to verify the goodness of the proposed pathway and possible corrective actions; - 3 TPMs for project management and evaluation. - 3 Multiplier events for dissemination of results.
