Stereotypes can be reshaped through awareness, education, and familiarization processes. GEG project focuses on gender stereotypes and inequalities in small and medium-sized organizations involving adult workers. The ultimate goal is to raise awareness within this type of organization on the educational potential of gamification and game-based learning as an innovative instrument for addressing gender stereotypes with adults and creating more inclusive working environments.
▶Activities
Project activities are: - Project management, monitoring, and evaluation - State of art (literature review, analysis of existing learning tools and technologies on gender diversity, experience exchange) - Field Analysis of specific needs in SMEs with focus groups - Learning tool prototype (requirement definition, mockup, and prototype of the tool) - Awareness raising and dissemination (communication and dissemination activities mainly online, liaisons with other projects, sustainability plan)
▶Impact
The tangible outputs of the project include: - A compendium of good practices of existing games and tools for adult learning on gender equality. - A new learning tool’s mockup and prototype for workers (adults) specifically tailored to SMEs. - An online landing page of the project with open-access outputs.
