Meet Your Colleague aims to be a training tool in the field of Diversity and Inclusion. Through generational differences, going beyond stereotypes, we want to promote inclusion in the workplace. Starting with age, we address topics such as communication, technology and approach to work, in an attempt to dispel myths and create mentoring and collaboration. We also deal intersectionally with other life and cultural diversities, to grow empathy and understanding.
