▶Objectives
The project aims to CREATEA MORE INCLUSIVE HE SYSTEM THAT FOSTERS AN EQUAL ACCESS AND EQUALITY FOR DEAF PEOPLE IN APPROACHING THE ACADEMIC ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING, through concrete tools (the Compendium, the e-Space and the Community). Doing so, it will SUPPORT EU HE SECTOR IN ADAPTING ITS ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT COURSES TO DEAF STUDENTS’ NEEDS, PROMOTING THEIR ENTRY INTO THE LABOUR MARKET and DISPELLING THE MYTH OF THEIR LOW EMPLOYABILITY AND LOW PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTION.
▶Activities
The 1st thread of activities will deliver an e-COMPENDIUM For HEIs interested in making their entrepreneurial courses more inclusive. The 2nd one will release an e-SPACE to support HE deaf students in approaching these courses. The last one will create a COMMUNITY to test the results with a wider audience and launch the project heritage. Activities regarding the PM, the quality and the promotion will be foreseen to assure a smooth implementation. All the Partners will cooperate to set up them.
▶Impact
Project activities will develop: An e-COMPENDIUM FOR HE SECTOR for making their business management and entrepreneurship courses more inclusive and open to deaf students with its protocols, guidelines, and badge (WP2); An E-SPACE FOR DEAF STUDENTS with a Training Manual and methodologies for approaching these courses (WP3); A COMMUNITY based on Local Seminars with local business sector, a Fair for HEIs and an EU Policy Recommendation (WP4). They will be tested with relevant stakeholders.
