Equip the HEIs with an AI-based tool to analyse and diagnose the training needs of students in a customised, circumscribed, proactive and predictive manner consistent with the skills required by SMEs -Align lecturers/mentors and placement experts of the partner HEIs, VET analysts and planners, HR managers of SMEs on the SMILE model - Disseminate the SMILE model and related tools to reduce skill mismatch -Foster lifelong e-learning of HE actors with access to OER

Design the SMILE model of proactive and predictive analysis with AI Mapping of e-learning platforms/sites and open source environments Production of microlearning and video tutorials Application of the SMILE model and related tools in 5 Countries Establishment of a transnational open network aligned on the SMILE model Dissemination and exploitation of SMILE project results among target groups/stakeholders

A "SMILE" MODEL of analysis and diagnosis of training needs with AI co-designed, tested by 35 teachers, guidance practitioners and placement experts in 5 countries and disseminated International mobility for the benefit of 12 HE, VET and SME actors in presence and 12 online Establishment of a stable multi-actor open network (MoU) to consolidate project results Development of OERs (microlearning pills and video tutorials) usable online for at least 2 years after project end
