The project aims to: • Introduce emerging technologies in Youth Work through the use of VR SIMULATIONS for teaching, learning, and assessment. • Offer a VALIDATED CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME for disadvantaged & disabled young people on acquiring employability skills • Develop also the METHODOLOGICAL GUIDEBOOK for YWs. • Support and encourage ORGANISATIONS on creating an inclusive workplace through the development of a targeted campaign, the creation of podcasts, motivational videos, etc.
