Objectives are: -train teachers in digitally-transformed pedagogy based on cultural intelligence for inclusion and success of students with cultural difference, -validate teachers’ cultural intelligence competence, -provide teachers with digital practices for applying cultural intelligence, -promote internalisation in HEIs by implementation the strategy to reward and incentivise excellence in teaching based on cultural intelligence, -support facilitation of in-service training for teachers.

-to produce teachers’ training course to develop and validate competence ”Cultural Intelligence in digitally-transformed pedagogy” -to produce e-Repository of digital practices to apply cultural intelligence in the digitally-transformed pedagogy -to develop strategic recommendations for administrative staff for implementing the awarding -to develop Pedagogical Toolkit to facilitate teachers’ training -to pilot with teachers and administrative staff -to share and promote the projects’ results

-educational e-Lab “Implementing innovative digitally-transformed pedagogy based on cultural intelligence” with two learning pathways: 1) to train teachers to apply innovative digital pedagogy based on cultural intelligence, 2) to support administrative staff in implementing the strategy to reward and incentivise excellence in pedagogy based on cultural intelligence, -e-Lab is piloted with 80 teachers, 8 facilitators and 16 administrative staff, -2000 people and 200 HEIs are reached.
