Objectives

DIGIHEALTH aims to elevate the digital competencies of care professionals, ensuring they can effectively utilize digital technologies in healthcare. This will enhance patient care quality, improve healthcare service delivery, and boost the employability and professional development of caregivers. By bridging the digital skill gap, the project supports the healthcare sector's digital transformation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to technological advancements.

Activities

Activities include conducting a needs analysis to identify digital skill gaps, developing a comprehensive digital skills training curriculum, and offering professional development programs for VET educators. The project will pilot the training with care professionals, gather and incorporate feedback, and disseminate the outcomes broadly. Efforts will also focus on ensuring the sustainability of the training program and assessing its impact on the healthcare sector.
