Objectives

The project aims to enhance non-formal career counseling for youth by integrating digital tools and innovative non-formal education methods, making career guidance services more accessible and tailored to young individuals' needs. It seeks to improve digital literacy among youth, equip youth workers with modern counseling tools and methods, and foster the recognition of non-formal and informal learning, ultimately supporting young people's employability and active participation in society.

Activities

We'll conduct youth surveys to assess needs, develop a multilingual mobile app for career counseling, and create a methodological tool for youth workers. The project includes international and national training for youth workers, leveraging digital platforms for effective project management and engagement. Activities are designed to enhance digital literacy, innovate career counseling methods, and promote accessibility and inclusivity in career guidance for young people.

Impact

The project expects to deliver improved non-formal career counseling services, a comprehensive methodological tool, and a multilingual mobile app. Anticipated outcomes include enhanced digital literacy among youth, increased capacity of youth workers through training, and broader recognition of non-formal learning. It aims to make career guidance more adaptable, accessible, and aligned with the digital era's demands, ultimately supporting youth employability and active societal participation.
