Objectives

Project will create a wide network of cooperation partners who have joined together to promote a special part of Europe's intangible cultural heritage - values recognized by UNESCO. The main aim of the project is to promote the education of adult educators working in the field of ICH of nine European countries as well as the education of practitioners of ICH thus safeguarding and promoting this European cultural heritage through effective use of innovative solutions and digital technologies.

Activities

The project objectives will be achieved through various project activities, combining virtual and face-to-face events: webinars and face-to-face experts exchange events organised to share good practice examples, ideas and approaches in the use of digitization and modern technologies in partner countries; several intellectual outputs created; international conference and different dissemination activities are also envisaged to inform all parties involved.

Impact

Project activities will promote the capacity building of organizations and experts in the field of ICH, as well as practitioners of ICH and general public, including people with disabilities, seniors, minorities and other disadvantaged groups. The project will enable people from very different European countries to work together, thus raising their awareness of Europe's common cultural heritage and strengthening their sense of belonging to it, as well as to their communities.
