▶Objectives
The In+ project aims to contribute, towards digital and economic inclusion of low-qualified workers by creating of tailored and flexible learning opportunities, as a support to their advance. Specific Objective 1: Facilitate digital and economic inclusion of low qualified workers. Specific Objective 2: Creation of tailored and flexible learning opportunities, enhancing digital skills gap. Specific Objective 3: Promotion of EU values and learning opportunities among adult learners’ community.
▶Activities
WP1 Project management and coordination WP2 Training needs analysis. This analysis includes surveys, focus groups and interviews, collecting input from both low qualified workers and employers. WP3 Development of a tailored curricula, training resources and piloting. This WP includes production of video tutorials for self-directed learning. WP4 Sharing, promotion and sustainability of In+ concept. This WP includes spread and validation of the In+ concept in a real-world setting.
