S.O.2 Reduce stigma across generations and cultures through humour S.O.3 Create three local spaces for learning about mental health and build emotional resilience in North Macedonia, Italy and Ireland.

1) Laugh Labs: European Research across Generations and Cultures We will carry out a research on a EU level to understand how humour and styles of humour can contribute to emotional skills development and publish a report and an article. 2) Laugh Labs: Local Innovative Spaces to Build Emotional Resilience and Reduce Stigma through Humour We will organise national innovation spaces for adults from disadvantaged backgrounds to develop emotional skills 3) Dissemination and Promotion of the Results

R1: A Comparative European Report on Humour and Mental Health with a focus on cultures and generations, and an article on humour and mental health. R3: Three Laugh Labs in three countries (North Macedonia, Ireland, Italy) developed in partnerships with local learning centres and authorities to promote better mental health through humour that will reach over 600 Europeans. R4: A Laugh Lab platform on humour and mental health in Europe with tools, events and resources.
