Develop Skills and Employment Opportunities: Enhance the knowledge and skills of young people in spirits production to support their employability in the spirits and tourism sectors. 2. Promote Spirit Tourism and Cultural Identity: Preserve Culinary Heritage and enable Cultural Exploitation. 3. Foster Regional Cooperation: Strengthen cooperation and knowledge exchange between European countries, enabling sustainable collaborations in the spirit industry and tourism.
