Objectives

With our project, we aim to ensure that teachers gain basic competencies so that they can provide green skills to their students with special education needs, provide them with initial training on environmental education, and support the continuity of their education in order to support their professional competencies. For this purpose, we plan to create new and innovative strategies, coursework and materials by using the art fields in which the partners are experts.

Activities

In order to improve the basic competencies of teachers, we will carry out music, visual arts and performing arts works from recyclable objects. We will also organize activities that will provide green skills using the storytelling method, online meetings, environmental trainings, competitions and campaigns, information seminars and an exhibition consisting of our works.

Impact

Aware of our responsibility among EU institutions on the biggest problem of the future, we aim to include students with special educational needs in the community that exhibits responsible behavior towards the environment. In this regard, we aim to create an e-journal consisting of strategies, methods, techniques, lesson plans, course videos, recycling workshops, puzzles and digital materials that enable students with special education needs to acquire green skills.
