Objectives

The main objectives of the project are: 1. to establish a transnational shared on the impact of presentation skills in job search 2. to bring to question and develop integration professionals' practices in line with the challenges of developing behavioral skills through gamification. 3. to remove social obstacles and prepare candidates for employment by putting them on training, through the planned training material to be created and the training to be provided.

Activities

Through NESKILL we plan the following activities: 1. Train the trainer training workshop on gamification tools and methodologies, to build a pool of competent instructors who can then teach the material to youth participants. 2. Creating an Open Education Resource to improve presentation skills Through Gamification. 3. Digital skills training for youth - Essential digital skills are a step towards learning lots of other new things. They can improve their confidence to use technology for work.

Impact

To generate ready‐to‐use materials and practical ideas how to use current online digital applications to foster educational development in the field of GBL Promote universal access to education. Develop learner collaboration, creative and critical thinking, promote theuse of GBL as an interdisciplinary approach. Learn to motivate, guide, and assess learners to reduce low achievement in key competencies, develop relevant, high-level, and innovative skills, enhance the good quality of mainstream
