SMART-VET aims to equip VET learners with essential smart skills (enhanced adaptability, communication, and problem-solving capabilities) for successful international mobility experiences. By bridging skills gaps and strengthen partnerships between education and industry it strives to reduce youth unemployment, promote entrepreneurship and innovation for equitable educational opportunities and improve the quality of mobility programs, fostering a skilled and competitive workforce in Europe.

The project will implement activities including curriculum development, online course creation, skill assessment, and pilot testing. It will organize meetings, training, and dissemination events to ensure smart skills integration, culminating in the publication of the Smart Skills course-guide and resource materials.
