ConnACT aims to promote socially cohesive societies through the implementation of inclusive, equal and non-discriminatory integration policies that include integration programmes adapted to the migrants’ needs, aspirations, abilities and other characteristics and the countries’ socio-economic context. Through research on existing initiatives and mutual learning between project partners, the ACT Toolkit will propose innovative, good practices which can be adapted for specific contexts and needs.
