We aim to equip family-owned SMEs with tools for successful succession planning, addressing challenges like professionalism, financial stability, and innovation. By fostering awareness among stakeholders, we seek to ensure the longevity and prosperity of these businesses.

Activities

Our activities include conducting research, developing a tailored curriculum, organizing workshops for entrepreneurs and politicians, and disseminating project outcomes. These activities will be facilitated through strategic planning, coordination, and active engagement and co-creative approach among partners and the target group

Impact

We expect to see improved succession planning practices, enhanced financial strategies, and increased awareness among stakeholders and participants. Additionally, we anticipate the development of a sustainable framework for supporting family-owned SMEs, fostering economic growth and stability across participating regions.
