By implementing the project we want to reach the objective of enhancing adult educator's knowledge on the thematics, the elderly families to recognise the warning signs and the elderly themselves to be able to protect themselves on the world wide web, to maintain a good psychological health and age in an active way, in order to be able to face better the challenges that the new platforms give to people.

The project will host three live meetings and eventually more virtual ones through the project. All three live meetings will have a electronic component. After every meeting an activity will be created, such as creation of the adult educators guidebook and tests, and creation of an online digital course with diploma of participation. The final event will bring all the meetings and activities together with holding a conference in a centre for the elderly and planning future objectives and closure

We hope the online video course and the handbook will be used not only by the elderly and the adult educators, but also from the families, other sanitary workers, such as psychologists and a wider audience, in order to be able not only to help give self-protection to the project's target group, but also to other people, so the online world will become a safer place for people of all age.
