The broader aim of AI-HED is to adjust the teaching and learning environments at our HEIs to the shifts caused by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The general objectives of AI-HED are to: Explore, test and conceptualise the impact of AI on teaching and learning Enhance teachers skills, competences and attitudes to use AI in teaching and learning Enhance students skills, competences and attitudes to use AI in learning Develop recommendations for HEIs on integration of AI in teaching and learning

โ–ถActivities

During AI-HED the following main activities will be implemented: A set of measures to enhance the AI literacy of lecturers (AI starter kit, training and Massive Open Online Course - MOOC) Design, implementation and evaluation of 16 pilot courses which integrate AI in teaching and learning from different disciplines Development of concluding recommendations on how to integrate AI in teaching and learning A set of outreach activities to share the results with relevant stakeholders

Main results/outcomes: Educational materials to improve the AI literacy among lecturers (starter kit, training materials and MOOC) Guidelines on course development for lecturers who are integrating AI 16 newly designed pilot courses using AI in teaching and learning Participation of 32 lecturers and 800 students in the course implementation Compilation of best practices on use of AI in teaching and learning Concluding recommendations on integration of AI in teaching and learning (white paper)
