โ–ถObjectives

FoodEcoCulture will evolve education across Europe by integrating a interdisciplinary approach to food, hospitality and related disciplines. We aim to bridge theoretical education of foods relationship with other subjects through practical application of innovative solutions with community and industry collaboration. We will reach 300+ students and educators across 4 HEIs, enhancing their skills to lead the food sector towards a more inclusive and sustainable future.

โ–ถActivities

Activities include research, seminars & development of an interdisciplinary report & curriculum (WP2), establishing 4 Living Labs (WP3) for students to ideate & test cross-disciplinary solutions, while conducting workshops and meetings with community groups and businesses for practical evaluation (WP4). The Living Lab results and progress will be showcased by students using innovative digital storytelling and multimedia presentations, supported by partners and shared at a final conference (WP5).

โ–ถImpact

FoodEcoCulture results include a Future of Food Report (1), nterdisciplinary Curriculum (2), establishment of 4 Living Labs (3) producing innovative solutions, research and presented reports with impact focused on 4 strengthened university-community-industry partnerships, enhanced knowledge & skills for 300+ students, and a strategy (5) to promote the labs novel cross-disciplinary solutions to HEIs across Europe.
