Objectives

Direct: - train and educate women in digital technologies - engage more women and girls STEM fields such as programming/software developing etc. - set up networking opportunities Indirect: - create more role models. - reduce youth unemployment in tech. - loose the gender gap in IT jobs. - battling stereotypes, encouraging the digital interest of women, overcoming imposter syndrome, adopting divergent angles and points of view in technology - promote technological education and research.

Project management Series of podcasts: monthly podcasts with topics related with women in tech & accompanying digital campaign Training academies digital and business education, empowerment to avoid stereotypical thinking. Dissemination & Exploitation: strategies PR materials, social media, website, leaflets, career days, articles., digital platform with the project’s results and methods, public and private entities to which project's results are shared in events Group mentorship program
