Objectives

SACRED aims to create an E-Learning Platform for healthcare students and professionals, focusing on the care of older adults with dementia and/or various types of disabilities. The project leverages digital tools to provide accessible, comprehensive education, preparing caregivers across Europe with best practices and evidence-based knowledge for immediate and long-term improvements in elderly care.

Activities

We will implement the following main activities: - Kick-off meeting in Rotterdam - Developing an E-Learning Platform - 6 pilot sites testing E-Learning - Connecting & aligning all stakeholders involved in the education and care for older adults with dementia or disabilities - Final conference in Brussels to disseminate all the project results

Impact

Sacred will develop and implement 4 main project outputs which contributes to the project objective: 1. Report of the evidence based interventions/good practices, Report of the Needs Assessment and a report of the GAP Analysis 2. Database of ~20 good practices from the 6 pilot sites. 3. A co-created E-Learning Platform, tested by 96 learners 4. An comprehensive awareness campaign
