โ–ถObjectives

Science and NH Museums, art spaces, schools and tech partners will use talking objects (puppets) to foster young children's engagement. Targeting teachers and educators, we will build the children's critical thinking skills and introduce them to current global issues such as climate change and participation in democratic life in a manner appropriate for their age group and context. We will create inclusive educational material and training tools, easy to adapt and implement beyond the project.

โ–ถActivities

a) educational activities in kindergarten and primary schools in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Belgium for 4-8-year-olds students on climate change and democracy b) teacher trainings for educators in schools, museums , informal spaces c) Engage with educators to pilot and support implementation of activities d) new learning ecosystems in the partner countries ( schools, policy makers, teacher training institutes, museums, art spaces) e) evaluation of activities and trainings

a) An educational framework and educational strategies for addressing 4-8 year old students. b) a toolkit of educational activities on climate change, democratic values and global challenges c) ecosystems in three countries advancing activities for early childhood education d) tech advanced talking objects (tellmies) as educational tools Overall we will contribute to students' 21st Century skills, make them agents of change,build communities and encourage exchange of expertise and practice
