โ–ถObjectives

The SiCoM- Social Impact Community Managers in action - project aims at developing an innovative curriculum for Social Impact Community Managers, a new professional profile which, through the nature of their activities, is able to animate local innovation ecosystems/communities, engaging a multi-stakeholder platform to carry out local initiatives/projects to support sustainable growth of local communities, for a more inclusive economy and society.

โ–ถActivities

The project addresses will ground on the transversal engagement of all stakeholders into participatory consultations for the identification of gaps and needs of the community. SICoM will develop a methodology and translate the needs into an innovative 3 - level Curriculum (basic, specialised, localised, see WP3) for the upskilling of Social Impact Community Managers, which can be transferred systemically and be adapted to other local community. N. 60 SicoMs will be trained in 5 EU countries.

- A compartive report on skills needs for the Social Impact Community Manager - A novel training curriculum for SICoM addressing the lack of competencies within social impact management in the community management, valorizing the great potential for change-making that the local ecosystems have. - A piloting of the designed curriculum, by involving and training n. 60 SICoMs in the 5 partner countries. - Supporting the diffusion in the EU of a systemic approaches to socia impact assessment.
