We want to improve well-being amonst student in Upper secondary school. The main objectives of this project are: To identify the reasons behind students not attending school To promote better well-being and happiness when they are in school To increase inclusion in the classroom and in the break times To give students the tools they need to identify feelings and emotions To reduce absences and feelings of negativity around school and learning To give a new partner Erasmus experience

Project management Planning meeting for coordinators from each country. Online workshops for teachers on theory from the Finnish experts. Learning activities for students held in each school. Learning activities for small mixed groups of students and teachers, including mobilities. Each partner will organize one such learning activity. Workshops for students held by external experts. Workshops for teachers involving active collaboration. Creation of product documents and tools Team building

โ–ถImpact

We will create a digital handbook to share and a professional development activity. The digital handbook will consist of 4 modules. Each module will be linked to the theory covered and will contain activities for students and lesson plans. There will be versions written in English, Norwegian, Finnish and Lithuanian. For the professional development activity there will be videos explaining the theory. The most important result will be that students report a better sense of well-being in school.
