To develop and test a tailored, online course and learning program for transnational crisis management exercises (The TTCM model). TTCM target groups include crisis management students, vocational education teachers (VET) trainers, practitioners, and policy-makers. The goal is to improve collaboration in international crisis management and contribute to capacity building and more secure societies supporting the Erasmus+ objectives and the EU Security Union Strategy.

1) Execute the stated project plan and activities 2) Conduct a systematic literature review 3) Design a curriculum and manual that outlines the TTCM model 4) Design a tailored, web-based learning management system (LMS) for the TTCM model 5) Test the TTCM model on students and practitioners 6) Collect feedback and continuously improve the model throughout the project 7) Disseminate results during and after the project 8) Integrate the TTCM model in existing university crisis management programs
