▶Objectives
The CEVET-project aims to enhance vocational rehabilitation by implementing customized employment methodologies, ultimately facilitating greater inclusion and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. In addition to improving service quality, it aims to disseminate valuable insights, advocate for policy reforms, and foster collaboration among stakeholders to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for disabled individuals in the workforce.
▶Activities
The CEVET project comprises five distinct work packages, each with specific activities. These activities involve assessing the current landscape, customizing employment tools to fit European contexts, and implementing the Customized Employment model. This implementation phase involves collaborating with a diverse group of employment specialists, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and other stakeholders to ensure representation and effectiveness.
▶Impact
CEVET will provide valuable insights into the application of the Customized Employment model in European contexts. We will monitor the employment support activities by specialists using the CE fidelity framework. Our focus will be on documenting both qualitative and quantitative outcomes, assessing the acquisition and application of new skills, competencies, and knowledge among employment specialists and other stakeholders involved in supporting individuals with ID in securing employment.
