Our goal is to provide vulnerable adults and adult educators with workshops for well-being development (forest therapy) and video series forest therapy. Our goal is to support vulnerable adults and adult educators in strengthening their coping abilities, deepening cultural understanding, enhancing psychological resilience, and boosting self-esteem through non formal learning experiences in forest therapy.
