▶Objectives
The main aim of the project is to increase the diversity of educational offer in both Poland and Sweden by developing entrepreneurial skills of women, while fostering international cooperation and sustainable development. The project focuses on creating and providing such educational materials on regional entrepreneurship that take into account the specific local traditions, products and conditions of the region, and which are tailored to the needs of women in rural areas.
▶Activities
The project includes: 1) Development of materials on regional entrepreneurship 2) Testing of materials – The materials will be assessed for suitability and quality during the training through evaluation questionnaires (completed by participants and advisors). The results will be used to improve/supplement the materials. 3) Exchange of good practices 4) 5-day training in Sweden, including exploring Sweden's cultural heritage with local experts 5) Dissemination of materials
▶Impact
The developed educational materials in the field of regional entrepreneurship will enable the development of entrepreneurial skills. They will be tested by a group of 10 women from Poland and 10 women from Sweden as part of the training that will improve their knowledge. The materials will be available free of charge on the websites of partner organizations (open licenses) and disseminated e.g. on social media. International cooperation within the project will allow exchange of good practices.
