Objectives

This project aims to enhance the quality of prison education by focusing on innovative teaching methodologies in numeracy (via workshops normally not available in prison settings).Through transnational meetings and direct engagement with prison environments, the project seeks to improve inmate rehabilitation by equipping them with essential educational skills, fostering international collaboration, and sharing best practices among prison educators for a more effective approach in prison education

Activities

Our initiative is going to be a hands-on project. Majority of implemented activities are going to be tailor made workshops for inmates during which they will build up their numeracy skills and will spark interest in learning within informal settings. Workshops will facilitate the exchange of teaching practices among educators, aligning with priorities of inclusion, adult education quality assurance, and promoting alternative learning forms, ultimately aiding prisoners' social rehabilitation.
