The aim of the "Smart Culture" project is to gain experience in international cooperation, exchange experience between partner organizations and project participants, and activate partner organizations to undertake innovative and inclusive initiatives in rural areas. Through its implementation, participants will be educated and activated, strengthen their competencies so as to initiate the development of their communities with the help of European Union programs.
