Virtual Kick-off Meeting: Initial online planning and orientation session. Four LTTAs: Hosted in Turkey, Spain, Lithuania, and Poland, focusing on healthy diets, physical activity, and digital literacy. Virtual Activities: Before and after each LTTA to prepare and reflect. Local Activities: For project introduction and participant preparation. Dissemination and Evaluation: Sharing results and assessing impact. The goal is to promote healthier lifestyles and digital skills among teenagers

Guidebooks on obesity prevention and Web 2.0 tools for teachers. An E-Book on European cuisine and a digital manual for active living. Instructional videos on workouts and a "Master Chef Erasmus" cooking show. An "International Book of Team Games" and health-focused posters. Enhanced digital resources for promoting healthy living among students. Boost health and digital literacy. Foster global collaboration. Enhance critical skills and cultural awareness.
