Objectives

The main aim of the project 'Jobs of the future in Industry 5.0' is to reach technical school students, engineering students, young workers and VET educators with knowledge of the professions that will be relevant in the labour market in a few years' time. An important aspect of the project will be to include people from environments where access to information and competences in the area of the Industry 5.0 concept is more difficult due to educational and economic barriers.

Activities

The main activities of the project will be: 5 sets of educational and promotional materials on 5 specific future jobs related to Industry 5.0 1 manual describing the project 4 webinars for different target groups 1 international teleconference on the jobs of the future in different sectors an information campaign at the end of the year in the form of a ranking of the professions of the future direct communication through a targeted newsletter media relations media partnership articles.

Impact

The project will raise awareness of vocational specialisations that will be popular and attractive in a decade's time. It will also reach final beneficiaries who are particularly exposed to educational and economic barriers, thus contributing to inclusion and diversity. The project is directly linked to the sectoral priorities for vocational education and training (VET) and the horizontal priority for inclusion and diversity.
