▶Objectives
Through our project activities, we aimed to achieve three main goals: 1.Gaining know-how for coaches through participation in the "Tactical Periodization, Scouting..." course in Portugal and an internship at SL Benfica using modern tools. -This objective was fully achieved during the project. Participating coaches participated in the project and acquired essential new knowledge that they can pass on. 2.Increasing the number of participants in our joint educational programs in the 2025/2026 season thanks to modified curricula [courses]. -We are already seeing very high interest in our commercial educational programs, which we will be implementing primarily in Portugal for Polish coaches starting in November 2025. The current number of applications exceeds the targets twice as much as the number of students who attended in 2024. 3.CCC International [a joint project of the schools of both Partners]. Additional goals include intergenerational education for "young and old" trainers, as well as network building [internationalization] by inviting trainers from other countries. This goal is currently being finalized, specifying the company's operating methods and location [Poland or Portugal], and will be implemented in the coming months.
