The aim of the project is to create a substantive basis and then a course that could serve as an introduction to the new, necessary extension of the definition of the profession of a programmer and IT technician to include the AI specialization and to cover directly selected students and teachers of vocational schools and employees of the project partners, and indirectly all those students, teachers and employees of IT companies who want to expand their knowledge and skills in the field of AI

The first stage is to create a definition of the profession of a programmer/IT technician with AI specialization, as a basis for developing the substantive course. Then, recruitment will take place in schools. Selected students and teachers will complete the course. Substantive knowledge will become the basis for the implementation of professional training in Polish and Greek IT enterprises. Enhanced with practical insights from participants, the course will be made available free of charge.

Creation of a high-quality professional course for programmer/IT technician with AI specialization, which will be made available to participants selected for the project, but also to the entire IT industry (schools, employers). The results will also include: acquiring new experience by partners, increasing their prestige and ability to implement educational projects, and most importantly - providing high-quality educational tools in a specialization that is very desirable on the market.
